I enjoy the high art of churches and cathedrals. At times, I find it a bit “over-the-top”, especially some of the baroque features. However, I have grown to appreciate both the art and the devotion of those making that art.
I also enjoy popular art. This art abounds in the later stages of the Camino Portuguese. Here are some examples.

Besides the stone sculptures, I saw a collection of small stones with painted Camino themes.

All of the pilgrims probably had this expression on their face at least once!

Finally, there are a few other random pieces of Camino related artwork during these later stages.

And, of course, one has to end with boots. No boots, no Camino!
